The single exception is the message-delivery vendors described in Section 6 (Vendors and Sub-Processors), who transmit our messages on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using the information for any purpose of their own. This is a customer-care program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Vendors and Sub-Processors

Google Workspace — email, cloud storage, and document management
Twilio — SMS infrastructure and message delivery
Anthropic — AI technology powering the Lex chat assistant
Retell AI — voice assistant services
n8n (cloud or self-hosted) — workflow and process automation
Google Analytics — website traffic analysis and user behavior reporting

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

7. Attorney-Client Relationship Disclaimer

Communication through this website, the Lex chat assistant, SMS, or email does NOT create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only upon execution of a written engagement agreement signed by you and an authorized attorney of AVID Esq Group LLC.

8. Prospective Client Confidentiality

Information you submit before an attorney-client relationship is formally established is held in confidence to the extent required by ER 1.18 (Prospective Client) of the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct, and equivalent rules in Colorado. However, such information should not be treated as fully privileged until a written engagement agreement has been executed.

9. Cookies and Analytics

Our WordPress website uses cookies, web beacons, and Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors interact with the Site. This may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The Lex AI chat widget uses sessionStorage only and does not set persistent cookies. Session data is cleared when you close your browser tab.

At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. Our Site is intended for adults seeking legal services.
